A structural May 2026

Been working on a long term structural project shooting a dam. Here are some of teh examples below. Shot on the Hasselblad. I really enjoy just being in my own world dealing with a austere subject and minimalise it. I particularly like the top image with the litttle rock on the step. I do like a diagonal.

I really like this shot but so far I'm not happy with it so far. With the RAWS on the drone being 254mb and with Photoshop default sharpening the sky can be pixelated. So you have to go in and turn off this default setting. So I think I need to go back to theRAW and re prep this.

A classic example of how bubble levels are not much use on the head. As you can see here on my Linhof head it is unlevel but on the Hasselblad its level. So I always concern myself with where the camera is at and not the tripod or tripod head.
