I'm trying to get a very particular shot (above) here on the Hasselblad with a 250mm lens.. Still not there yet as I find this still too busy and so another visit is needed. When I shot this it was raining, so not ideal. Think I'll put the 2x teleconvertor on and the 250mm and get back even further to compress it even more, hopefully down to abstraction. All shots taken with a Hasselblad using various digital and analogue camera / lens combinations and Fuji X100vi.

And of course the next night BMW has put up blue curtains and a big black friday sale sign and so its back to the drawing board. But it has given me a new idea for using that blue in a new way. They look like velvet curtains from a distance while driving past on Nepeon Highway. mmmmm I could use that, light takes on velvet in a subtle way.

Gone out for a few nights and it just rained so I still sussed out locations, a lot of driving around in the car listening to music.

Booked in for another Magnum online course, Gregory Halpern on Documentary Surealism and really looking forward to it. All the others I've done so far have been great. I've already done ;

I ordered 2 L brackets from Temu above and thought I'd try it on my Canon. I still need to get a Acra swiss mount for it to dovetail into. Temu has one and I'll try it and see. Bracket fits on the Hasselblad all fine, now to get a head for it.

Well the orange L bracket fits fine on the Canon, won't work on my Linhof 612 MkII panoramic camera though, thats a another problem solve there.

Spent a bit of time helping my brother work on his Peugeot 504, learnt a bit more from my car clever brother. What a beatuiful car it is. Really looking forward to going for a drive in it.
