RMIT Photo Imaging graduate 2017 Student Fundraising Auction where I donated one of my drawings, "The Interface", (above) which raised $220, so I was pretty pleased about that.

Commercial work continues on portraits and social media photography for clients.

I spent time spent on preparing my submissions for the Linden New Art Gallery Postcard Show 2017-18 Exhibition, had my drawing Garlic & Fish, Japanese ink brush drawings accepted and subsequently delivered.

Saw the new Terrence Malick film, "Voyage of Time", being a fan I loved it but I feel Terrence Malick is an aquired taste as its very stream of consciousness.

Also went and saw Bladerunner 2049 by Villenue. Well its uncommon to have to wait 35 years for a sequel. It was beautiful to look at and Villenue matched the look feel and pace spot on, however it laced the drama thriller aspect of the original, the music although done by Zimmer who I admire, became more soundscape rather than melodically haunting from the original. The evil female android lacked gravitas.

Making a plastic and wood drill, came as a whole pile of parts on eBay and having to build the drill, which runs of 2 AA batteries.
